Although I dislike zipping it up all the way since it interferes with my breathing and speaking, I would want to let you know that there is a microfleece inside so your chin won’t be rubbed by the zipper if you choose to. The jacket is so sturdy that after chimneying up Yosemite granite, I don’t even bother to check if it’s still intact.
